I use no tablets so there are no synthetic excipients to bind the active ingredients. I use only vegetable capsules that are not filled with any chemical constituent fillers or nasties, just pure foods and the natural nutrients.
I also use high quality superfoods to aid absorption, digestion and metabolic uptake, accompanying the nutrients in the capsule. So all nutrients are in a Superfood botanical blend of Gillian's Energy Powder which includes Sprouted Seeds, Sea Vegetables, Parsley and Barley Grass. In this way, my supplements provide a gentle, harmonizing affect to help balance the whole body.
