BOOT CAMP MARCHES ON!!

We’ve had hundreds of new recruits enrol in Gillian’s Boot Camp since it launched in January. We’re getting some great feedback from Club members who are going through the programme and we’re looking forward to having some fantastic success stories when the first recruits complete the 12 week program.

Boot Camp is free and available to all members of Gillian’s Club.

 

Why should I enrol in Boot Camp?

Members who join Gillian’s Club complete a Health Profile Questionnaire - a series of health and lifestyle-related questions that tell Gillian a lot about your current nutritional state! Your answers are analysed and you receive your personal Health Profile via email or over the internet. This amazing report contains personal recommendations for your nutrition and diet, plus priority actions you should take, recipes and stacks of information. Boot Camp is designed to help you to get the very best value from your Health Profile by providing tools, motivation and direction, delivered straight from Gillian to your inbox via email. You will receive Gillian’s supportive advice, guidance and tasks for 14 consecutive days, and then one email every week until you have completed the 12 week programme.
