The Retreats run each week and are scheduled over a one week period for a clear, practical and comprehensive approach in a most pristine mountainous nature preserve with temperate dry and climatic conditions ideal for healing and rejuvenation.
A nurturing staff of professionals will strive for total satisfaction. This is a place to learn, step off from the world, get away, and enjoy the leisure of it all as you rejuvenate or lose weight or just let go.
Accommodations, high enzyme vegan foods, raw meals, sprouts and juices, core classes, recipe courses, massage, energy connection healing, Chi Yoga, meditation, swimming, tennis, boating, trail walks and magnificent views accompanied by absolute serenity are all included.
