Wellness Retreat Terms & Conditions
- The Gillian McKeith Wellness Retreat under the auspices of McKeith Research Ltd (MRL) is an educational centre for information training and education, not a medical or therapeutic facility.
- Any personal medical issues must be taken up with the Client’s GP or Medical Doctor. The Client agrees to provide a Letter from their GP or Medical Doctor prior to arrival accepting the Client’s attendance at the Retreat.
- The Retreat (MRL) takes no medical responsibility for the Client. Gillian McKeith accepts no personal or therapeutic liability or responsibility for the Client.
- All purchases and bookings are final and there are no refunds; except for medical reasons authorized by a Letter from a Medical Doctor.
- Contingent upon the Client providing a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of cancellation before scheduled arrival date of retreat commencement, MRL may issue a credit note which allows the Client’s booking fees paid in to be used toward a future booking.
- All booking fees must be paid and cleared into account in advance of arrival at the Retreat.
- Client understands that Gillian McKeith may not always be present at the Retreat, but the MRL training staff will be attending and available.
- All sales are in British Pounds Sterling and will be calculated into the current currency exchange rates of USA Dollars ($), Euros (€) or other local currencies.
- MRL reserves the right to cancel any retreat at any time and return all monies in full to the Client, the value of the returned monies not to exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
- Please do not book your flights until we can confirm your acceptance into the programme and you have spoken to our Travel Coordinator pertaining to travel arrangements. MRL shall not be responsible for any costs or charges related to air flights or any travel. In the event that the client is not accepted into the program by MRL, all monies paid in will be returned to the client.
