Quinoa Porridge Weight Loss Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa (flakes or grain)
½ veggie cube or a ¼ teaspoon bouillon powder
Add 1 tablespoon linseeds
Method:
Boil water.
Add quinoa flakes.
Season.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. (If using grain adjust the time to 10 minutes)
Quinoa should absorb the water
