Gillian's Sesame Miso Dressing Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients:
½ cup of sesame or olive oil
¾ cup of water
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp light yellow miso or vegetable bullion
1 clove crushed garlic
½ tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
Method:
Combine all ingredients and mix or blend till smooth
