Onion Gravy Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large Onions, sliced
2 cups Spring Water
1 teaspoon Oil
2 teaspoons wheat free Tamari Sauce or Soya Sauce
1½ tablespoons kuzu (plant used as a thickener - helps strengthen digestive tract) (comes in powder form)

Method:
Place thinly sliced onions in a pan with warm oil. Do not overheat. Cook at a low temperature, browning the onions.
Add 2 cups of water; simmer 10 minutes.
Mix together tamari and kuzu in cold water. Kuzu should dissolve.
Add mixture to simmering onions. Stir until liquid becomes clear and thicker.
Add sea salt for seasoning.
Pour over Millet-Mash.

Absolutely Delicious!
You can use a vegetable bouillon cube in place of the soya sauce or tamari sauce. Kuzu and tamari can be purchased in health food stores.
